i get a lot of migraines these pains on my shoulder on my neck like the back of my head it gets pretty intense they hurt i have taken pain relievers and nothing. also its very hard for me to sleep

Depends on where you are; legalized doesn’t mean widely available. Ssome regions leave marijuana as a last resort for severe pain or palliative care; others hand it out pretty freely.
