Tentative labor deal averts strike at Buffalo nursing home
Negotiators for the owner of Delaware Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Buffalo and the union that represents 160 workers there have reached a tentative deal on a new labor agreement that avoids a strike scheduled to begin Monday morning.
