I was thinking about that career, but I dont want to work with “especial needs” kids.
Maybe neuromotor exercises for normal babies?

Thats a really bad question if your are in physical therapy field you should be willing to help everyone no matter what. I guess you could but you probably wouldn’t get hired by someone with that attitude in the physical therapy field you help everyone not just one set of normal people so to speak.Lets face it most in physical therapy are there for a medical reason.

It seems like you’re looking for more along the lines of “Occupational” therapy, where the focus is more on teaching certain skill sets and coping mechanisms instead of rehabilitation of damaged body parts, which is Physical Therapy.
Quite a few “normal” kids go through physical therapy. I did just that when I had to have my arm rehabilitated after breaking my elbow. If you want Special-Needs, then focus on that when you go for your higher education.
