Physical Therapy Assistant, Bad Idea?
Question by puttputt: Physical Therapy Assistant, bad idea?
I am thinking about a career as a PTA. I am an introverted person but I find people interesting. I have just finished a BS in psychology and now I’m looking for an actual career. Does anyone have this job and like it? Love it? Hate it? The pay in my area is very good for a two year degree. I’d appreciate any info I can get, good AND bad.

I think its a great career. I’m not a PTA, however, if I ever felt the need to switch careers I may go this path. I love working with people and patients. Physical contact doesn’t gross me out. If you are introverted, I’m not sure if this would be the job for you.
