Physical Therapy for Shoulder?
Question by coastiewife: physical therapy for shoulder?
Tomorrow I am starting PT for my shoulder, the main focus will be on the rotator cuff area. I have not had surgery or an MRI on it to confirm if I tore the rotator cuff tendon or not. My current issues are intermittent pain, limited mobility and alot of popping. What can I expect at PT? will I be in pain afterwards?
