Should I Go to Urgent Care?

Question by Tiff: Should I go to Urgent Care?
If this was a normal day, I’d go to my clinic. But it’s closed today. In your opinion should I go to Urgent Care? Here are my symptoms:

Runny Nose
Sore and Very swollen throat
itchy eyes
sinus pain and pressure
slight cough

On the whole, I feel okay, but I’m pretty uncomfortable. I’d also appriciate suggestions on home remedies and such.

Also, you have no way of knowing for sure, but do you think the urgent care clinic will be PACKED?
