What Do Do When You Have Friends Who Make Fun of You?

Question by Lil Miz Sunshine: What do do when you have friends who make fun of you?
I’ve been friends with a girl since I was in 3rd grade who was a year older than me. Our parents are friends. We went to the same school and she left when I was in 5th grade. I moved on and made friends but we ended up in the same high school together. Now I’m a junior and she’s a senior and we’re as close as before. Since we’re in a small high school, it was easy for us to become friends again but for awhile she has started to be fake: making fun of me in front of others but being (mostly, except for the occasional condescending remark) nice to me when we’re one on one. We all have those dumb blonde moments: when it happens to me, she’ll tell anyone who will listen, but it it happens to her I nicely let her know but I don’t make her look like a dumbass. She always makes me get stuff for her even when I was at her house used to be sitting down and tell me to get something for her in the next room but I put a stop to that and I don’t come over that much anymore.
And one of her other friends will say to me “why are you friends with her?” “you’re going to get a lot of time off from purgatory” “you’ve got no spine” etc but I barely even know what to say to that.
And recently a new girl transferred to my class from rehab. She stopped the drugs but she smokes. The three of us walk to safeway for lunch and she always wants us to sop so she can smoke but it takes a long time. The new girl has also been caught smoking by a few teachers so she does it in the parking lot. So my friend will make me stay with her and dash off and I barely know this girl and can’t stand the fact that she’s wasting my time.
The reason why I let it get to this point is because I tend to be more passive aggressive. I try to roll with the punches but I often cancel plans with her or hang out with other people in school. And this doesn’t help my self-esteem at all. I’ve been bullied before high school and my parents don’t really believe in me. What do I do about this irl?
